It's located in the Alquería, a residential area in the Marbella town of Benahavís, Málaga. Its views are towards the sea and the huge golf course with wide valleys that surrounds it.
The house is designed by one of the famous architects, Miguel Tobal, who included in this house all the most modern accessories of architecture. Its structure is based on a combination of rectangular and linear shapes, complemented by a terrace with wood finish and glass railings.
It's distributed on three floors, on the first floor, we find the living room in double height with a "Black & White" decoration and magenta light in the ceiling design beams. The living room has access to the middle terrace that is composed of outdoor armchairs and a walkway to enjoy the breathtaking views.
On the ground floor, you can find the kitchen, with all the technological equipment and a minimalist and extroverted decoration, it has access to the garden and the pool where the jacuzzi area.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, with their corresponding bathrooms and access to the terrace. The master bedroom has a soft decoration with beige finishes and a wooden frame on the floor.
