For many La Herradura residents and visitors, the area often referred to as their favourite is the scenic route through the pine forest that runs between the bay and Marina del Este. If you know the place then you will surely be familiar with the blue roofs of this west facing luxurious villa inhabited by a few artists today who years ago decided to settle here to keep alive their inspiration.

The house has three floors above the pool terrace, but is accessed on arrival, as is common in the area, on the uppermost level. Arriving by car there is a parking area for up to three cars. From here there is access by foot down a side garden to the pool, to the apartment above, down stairs to the spacious outdoor patio or the main entrance.
