Properties in the capital of Málaga are cheaper than in towns of Costa del Sol

The Costa del Sol has a great attraction for the real estate demand, especially the towns that surround the coast from the capital to province of Cádiz due to its beaches are the best of Europe. This is because there is a higher percentage of demand in areas such as Marbella, Fuengirola and Estepona, which makes the price rise concerning other towns in the province of Malaga.

When we analyze the metropolitan area of Malaga, we can see the difference between prices and isn't so large. The cheapest areas are Alahurín de la Torre and Casabermeja, the central area of the city is the more expensive with an average price of € 513,522. For the area of Almogía, there is an average price of € 445,800, for Alahurín de la Torre a price of € 355,516 and Casabermeja with € 385,622.

Overall, the average price of properties in the province of Malaga is € 513.352, which means that if you are looking for housing in Malaga the price of the property is located around this value, as we have previously said, it is changing depending on the region.
