The Spanish Tax Administration applies taxes on the property transmissions in accordance with a valuation method utilising the cadastral value of the property multiplied by coefficients.
It turns out that, according to art. 10 of the corresponding Law of Patrimonial Transmissions, the taxable base of the Tax is constituted by the market value of the property of the transferred good, but, according to art. 57.1 of the General Tax Law, the real value of the property transferred is determined by applying a multiplier coefficient to the assessed value of the property.

On this occasion, the house of the week brings us to Puerto de Vega in Navia, one of the most charming fishing villages in Asturias. Old whaling port, there Jovellanos died and there are preserved the battlements that defended it in other times. The options are many. See download the fishing boats, a walk through the Baluarte, visit the curious ethnographic museum, or climb up to the chapel of the Virgin of the Watchtower to enjoy the views.
Although the coast of Navia is not very extensive, the council has six beaches of which the most important are those of Frejulfe and Barayo. The first, declared a natural monument, is the largest, with about 800 meters in length. A space of high ecological value in which you can also enjoy the bath.
